Shipping policy

** Most sealed product must be sent through Tracked Shipping. Singles, sleeves & booster packs have untracked option. Orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, Purolator.

Tracked - $11.99 CAD

USA 

Tracked - $12.99 CAD

**USA Orders are subject to duties & taxes. These fees will be calculated and billed from the Carrier during/after transit. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply based on your location. Extra fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Denied/Returned shipments may incur duties/fees and will be deducted from your refund. Contact your local government for more details.

Products are processed and shipped 1-5 days from order. Delivery times may vary for a multitude of reasons (holidays, tracked/untracked, Location, etc.) If you are ordering from the USA shipping time may be longer.

Orders - If you choose to have product shipped Untracked, notice we are not responsible for anything that may happen after the product has been shipped. There are no refunds for lost shipments. We are not liable for Misplaced or stolen Tracked items marked as delivered. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect information being provided.  

Shipping Protection (Shipping protection is only applicable to TRACKED orders).

Shipping Protection from Damage, Theft & Loss in transit for tracked items. Order replacement or full refund issued. Additional costs covered. Email us within 48 hours of tracked delivery for claim to be initiated. Please allow time for the claim process(multiple weeks). 

By opting out of Shipping Protection you are agreeing to only being covered for the maximum amount coverable by carriers(if applicable).

Normal Manufacturing errors are not covered under insurance. Correct shipping info must be provided. Sealed products can have some imperfections. This can include tears, dents, loose wrapping + other minor imperfections; these items are not to be claimed. 

Pre-orders

Full payment is taken upfront for pre-orders. Pre-Order items are shipped out day of release(indicated in title); if there are multiple pre-order dates in one order the order will be shipped on furthest date.

Order(s) including Pre-Order and Non Pre-Order items will be shipped at latest Pre-Order date altogether.

Any oversold pre-orders will be refunded. This is a scenario where there is a lack of supply.

In case of shipment delay you will be notified.

If you cancel a pre-order item with us, a restocking fee of 8% will be withheld from the refund amount on the pre-order item(s).
