Refund policy
Once shipped out all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. Returns are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Singles&Sealed - Pricing is subject to constant change; There is no price protection for these products. Rips, tears, Dents on Sealed are not reason for refund.
Untracked Mailer - If you choose to have your order shipped Untracked, notice we are not responsible for anything that may happen after the product has been shipped. There are no refunds for lost shipments.
Tracked - We are not liable for Misplaced or stolen Tracked items marked as delivered. Refer to Shipping Policy for full details and how to insure shipments.
Pre-orders
Full payment is taken upfront for pre-orders. Pre-Order items are shipped out day of release(indicated in title); if there are multiple pre-order dates in one order the order will be shipped on furthest date.
Any oversold pre-orders will be refunded. This is a scenario where there is a lack of supply.
In case of delay you will be notified.
If you choose to cancel a pre-order item with us, a restocking fee of 8% will be withheld from the refund amount on the pre-order items.
